Full-stack developer - Mid Level

Contilio is a cutting-edge and fast growing deeptech startup based out of London, UK. We use 3D AI and big data analytics to build the intelligent control room for the $12Trn construction industry and enable real-time payments. Our AI analytics platform turns site data like massive point clouds into real-time insights on construction progress, performance KPIs & risks and helps deliver major construction projects (like hospitals) faster and at lower cost. Our predictive intelligence empowers stakeholders to eliminate problems & risks before turning into costly issues, wasting trillions in dollars. We are building the global category leader to shape the future of 3D semantic understanding for applications in construction, manufacturing, auto, etc.

We are now looking to add a driven and growth-minded mid-level Full-stack Developer (with Frontend focus) to our London-based team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work as a part of the core development team to enhance and optimize Contilio’s analytics platform, a cloud-based SaaS application that allows our Enterprise and mid-market customers to access reports and analytics on construction progress and quality in real-time. You will also work closely with our commercial team to translate customer requirements into a well-designed, user-centric Enterprise SaaS application that delights our users.

What you will be doing:

  • Architect and develop customer- and server-side web platform infrastructure
  • Implement best-in-class analytics tools, dashboards and 3D visualisations
  • Research and define customer requirements, use cases and design best practices
  • Lead and implement engineering best practices, including:
    • Performing code reviews
    • Implementing, and refining testing strategies and user tests
    • Contributing to and developing our knowledge base
  • Provide feedback and contribute to Contilio’s product roadmap/ development strategy

Technical skills we’d love to see:

  • 3+ years of experience building scalable and reliable web frontend and -infrastructure in an agile manner, preferably for a B2B / Enterprise use
  • Strong track record of developing applications that delighted users - we’d love to see what you’ve done before!
  • High proficiency with javascript, React, CSS and HTML5
  • Experience with 3D visualisation of mesh and point clouds in web-browsers, e.g. using Three.js, X3DOM, Potree, WebGL
  • Proficiency with some of the following
    • AWS Aurora, Postgres and/or MySQL
    • AWS Cognito or Google Firebase
    • AWS ECS, EKS and/or Docker
